Returns, Refund, Cancellations

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.

As perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene products, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. We highly encourage you to try our discovery set or smaller 30ml bottles to be sure about the scents you are purchasing.

In the rare case that the bottle is damaged, we can initiate an exchange upon careful consideration, but there will no refund. Please contact us with your name, order number, description of the issue, and picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.

In case you've received the wrong item, the box should be returned to us unopened. Scented Garden will evaluate the condition prior to sending another. There will be no refund.

Cancellation Policy

As the perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene products, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges for these products. In case you have received a defective piece, we can initiate an exchange upon careful consideration, but there will be no exchange or refund.

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.

As part of usual business practice, if Scented Garden receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been dispatched, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However please note your cancellation request must be done before the product has been dispatched.

Meyander will not cancel orders that have already been dispatched. We shall have the full right to decide whether an order has been dispatched or not.


How can I cancel my order?

Email us on info@scentedgarden.com with your order number so that we can proceed with your cancellation.
